By creating an account or using Document, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Document is a customer feedback collection and management platform. We provide tools for organizations to collect, view, and analyze feedback from their customers via QR codes and shareable links.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One organization per account on the Free plan
4. Free and Pro Plans
The Free plan includes:
- Unlimited feedback collection
- Basic dashboard features
- Feedback history for the last 3 months
- Up to 2 team members
- Google Ads displayed within the platform and feedback pages
The Pro plan includes all Free features plus:
- Full feedback history with no time limit
- Access to all web and QR templates
- Unlimited team members
- Ad-free experience
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Document for any unlawful purpose
- Collect feedback under false pretenses
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the service
- Spam or abuse the feedback collection features
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all feedback data collected through your organization. By using Document, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data to provide the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Limitation of Liability
Document is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
