How do I get started?

Sign up for a free account at megha.app/register. Create your organisation, choose a feedback form template, and copy your unique feedback link or download your QR code. The whole process takes under 5 minutes and requires no technical knowledge.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes — completely free, with no credit card required and no time limit. The free plan includes unlimited feedback collection, a real-time dashboard, QR code generation, and up to 2 team members. Ads are shown on your public feedback page to support the free tier.

What is the difference between the Free and Pro plans?

The Pro plan ($29/month) removes ads from your feedback pages, allows unlimited team members, gives you full review history (free is limited to the last 3 months), unlocks advanced analytics, custom branding, CSV export, all QR templates, and priority support.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Log in to your dashboard and go to Settings. You will find an 'Upgrade to Pro' option with a secure Stripe payment form. If you encounter any issues, contact us at hello@megha.app.

Can I delete my account and all associated data?

Yes. Email privacy@megha.app with your account email address and a request for deletion. We will permanently delete your account and all associated feedback data within 7 business days and send you a confirmation.

What happens to my data if I cancel Pro and go back to Free?

Your data is never deleted when you downgrade. You will continue to collect feedback on the free plan. However, your dashboard will only show responses from the last 3 months — older responses are stored but not visible until you re-subscribe to Pro.

Can I invite my team to view feedback?

Yes. Free plan users can have up to 2 team members. Pro plan users can invite unlimited team members. Invited members can view the dashboard and manage feedback responses. You control who has access from the Users section in your dashboard.

How do customers submit feedback?

Customers visit your unique feedback link or scan your QR code with any smartphone camera. No app download is needed. They see a simple form where they can rate their experience, select a category, and leave a comment. Most customers complete it in under 30 seconds.

Is the feedback anonymous?

Yes, by default all customer feedback is anonymous. Customers are not asked for their name or email address. This encourages more honest responses. You will see the date, category, rating, and comment — but not who submitted it.

Do you offer enterprise or custom pricing?
