What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your feedback data is never deleted. If you downgrade to free, you will only be able to see reviews from the last 3 months in the dashboard — but your full history is safely stored.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
After registering, go to your dashboard settings and click 'Upgrade to Pro'. Payment is handled securely.
What are web & QR templates?
Templates are pre-designed themes for your public feedback page and QR code posters. Pro users get access to all 5 templates with custom colors and branding.
