Can I stay on the free plan forever?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit. You can collect unlimited feedback, view your dashboard, generate QR codes, and manage up to 2 team members for free — for as long as you need.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your feedback data is never deleted. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, you will only see reviews from the last 3 months in the dashboard — but your full history is safely stored and becomes accessible again if you re-subscribe.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
After registering, go to your dashboard Settings and click 'Upgrade to Pro'. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your plan upgrades immediately upon successful payment.
What are web & QR templates?
Templates are pre-designed themes for your public feedback page and QR code posters. There are 5 templates available. Free users access Template 1. Pro users access all 5 templates, with custom colours and branding options.
Is there a team or volume discount?
Our Pro plan is a flat $29/month with unlimited team members — no per-seat pricing. This makes it especially cost-effective for larger teams. Contact us at hello@megha.app for enterprise pricing if you need custom integrations or white-labelling.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Your account moves to the free plan — your data stays intact.
